NPR | In Vietnam, There Have Been Fewer Than 300 COVID-19 Cases And No Deaths. Here's Why

今晚（4月17日查看Johns Hopkins U）的数据，看到越南Vietnam Confirmed: 268, Death:0。越南是中国的邻国，至今确认病例才268例，而且无人死亡。取得如此成果，NPR的援引专家(John MacArthur, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention )的说法：

experience dealing with prior pandemics,
early implementation of aggressive social destancing policies,
strong action from political leaders
and the muscle of a one-party authoritarian state

越南有应对2003年的SARS和2009年H1N1的经历，而且从1月份就开始迅速行动，包括大范围的隔离、感染病源追踪。3月底，越南已经停飞国内外航班，4月1日全国封锁隔离。

昨晚的任泽平公号里面就提到美国现在是全球疫情最严重的地区，原因归纳是：判断失误、麻痹自满、联邦体制。

疫情早期美国政府判断失误，错过防疫时间窗口；麻痹自满延迟了防疫措施，且实施依赖民众自觉；美国的联邦体制导致各州防疫缺乏统一规划。
