据金融投资报的报道，成都一位送了两年多外卖的骑手告诉记者，他的配送收入是怎样计算的：每跑一单的收入起步时4元，根据配送距离的不同收入在4-7元不等，平均下来送一单收入5-6元；另一位骑手说，他送一单5.5元起步，每增加3公里，加1.5元，但是平台分发的订单一般不会超过5公里，也就是说他每单最高是7元钱。据第一位骑手说，最开始骑手的起步价6元，两年多以来这个价格不断调低，他多的时候一天跑30、40多单。2018年下半年以来，美团骑手的配送费不断下调，引发多地骑手抗议。

美团的专职骑手属于美团专送，即，美团将这部分业务外包给供应商，专职骑手于供应商签订就业协议，由供应商为其购买保险（仅意外险），并对骑手进行奖惩考核。成都某美图专送服务点负责人说，专职骑手每月有保底工作量500单，5.5元/单，完成保底工作量就可以得到2750元，完成不了就按5元/单计算，每天需要全勤工作8小时，有全勤奖励和冲单奖励。
